Movie Monster Parody Poster

For my design class we were to parody a monster movie poster. We were given a poster and then we had to change the title and design a new poster around that title.

I was given "The Navy vs. the Night Monsters" (click on the images for biggie size)



The new title I decided on was "Space Pandas vs. the Bamboobots." I made a rough layout for my poster.



Then it was on to character design.

Nesting Dolls

In my Inspirational Design class, we had to design Russian nesting dolls according to a theme. My theme was "wrestling beaver family," so of course I decided to do luchadores.

El Ombligo (The Belly Button)

El Diente Saliente (The Bucktooth, or, literally, The Departing Tooth)


Then I had to apply these designs to 3D models using UV maps.



Once the textures are applied, I used an HDR image to light them.
